How do I book a courier?
If you are already a customer with Best, the easiest way to book is through our customer portal. You can also make a booking on our website. 🚚
What information is required to book an express delivery?
To book an courier/express delivery, we require the following information from you:
- Pickup address and delivery address
- Desired pickup time and delivery time
- Description of the shipment: dimensions, weight, and number of packages
- Order details and billing information

How much does an express delivery cost?
It depends on how urgent it is, the weight and volume, as well as the distance we need to drive. You can easily get a price estimate by contacting us.
What can I send with your parcel services?
With our standardised express services for parcels, you can send up to:
- 7 parcels per shipment
- 0.25 m³
- 50 kg (max 25 kg per parcel)
- 1.7 x 1 m per parcel
- 5 minutes waiting time and 10 minutes for loading & unloading always included
However, we are experts in finding new, efficient, and customised solutions. In other words, you can practically send anything with us.
What can I send with your pallet services?
With our standard express pallet services, you can send up to:
- Weight: 600 kg
- Length: 1.2 m
- Width: 0.8 m
- Height: 1.9 m
A 5-minute waiting time and 10 minutes for loading & unloading are always included.
However, we specialise in finding new, efficient, and customised solutions. In other words, you can essentially send almost anything with us.
How should the goods be packed?
We always handle goods with care, but you can help us ensure a safer transport by protecting your shipment properly:
- Pack your goods securely using packaging material suitable for the weight and size of the shipment. Use strong tape to seal openings and/or reinforce corners and edges.
- Use cushioning materials such as bubble wrap, foam, or corrugated cardboard for fragile items. Also, ensure that the items do not move inside the packaging during transport by filling any empty spaces with packing material.
- Clearly label the shipment with the delivery address.
Is there an express service between different cities?
Yes, we operate daily between Sweden's key growth regions, where many businesses are based. We offer same-day deliveries between nearby cities, such as between Stockholm and Uppsala or Gothenburg and Borås.
For express services between our three major cities—Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö—you can book our National Parcel & Pallet service. We will pick up from you and deliver the following weekday.
What happens if my goods are damaged, lost, or delivered to the wrong address?
Best follows the terms and conditions of the transport industry. You can easily report damaged or lost goods on our website.
What sustainability certifications does Best have?
We are certified according to SUSAs environmental management standard, Svensk Miljöbas. This is a quality-assured and verified management system designed to ensure a systematic approach to reducing environmental impact while promoting continuous improvements towards sustainable development.
We are also certified with the transport industry’s sustainability certification for road freight transport, Fair Transport. This certification ensures that transports are carried out responsibly, with road safety and climate-smart practices in focus.
What is HVO100?
HVO100 is a renewable fuel made from 100% renewable raw materials. When calculating its climate benefit according to the "Tank to Wheel" method, HVO100 produces no fossil greenhouse gas emissions. It is perfectly possible to refuel a regular diesel vehicle with HVO100 and drive fossil-free.
How often does the invoice from Best arrive?
We invoice every week. The invoice is sent via email (PDF invoice) or as a paper invoice by regular post. The payment term for the invoice is 15 days. If you have any questions regarding the invoice, please contact our customer service.
